Advanced Structural Design & Materials
Durable Framework and Roof System
The LAVISH permanent tent is supported by a galvanized steel frame with anti-rust fluorocarbon coating. This robust skeletal system offers exceptional stability and corrosion resistance, ensuring safety and longevity even in coastal or high-humidity regions.
The outer layer features a high-tension PVDF membrane, a premium architectural textile with excellent tensile strength. Its aerodynamic curved shape enhances wind resistance by deflecting airflow, reducing drag, and minimizing structural stress.
• Frame: Heavy-duty carbon steel, fluorocarbon-treated
• Outer Roof: PVDF membrane, waterproof, UV-resistant, fire-retardant
• Inner Membrane: 500g outdoor-grade canvas
• Wall System: High-strength tempered hollow glass with insulation
• Sealing System: Double-glazing + weatherproof silicone joints
Thermal and Acoustic Performance
• Glass Panels: Provide panoramic views while acting as a heat and sound barrier
• Insulated Wall Cores: Reduce external noise up to 60 dB
• Thermal Envelope: Maintains comfortable temperatures in both hot and cold climates
• Energy Saving: Achieves up to 50% improved thermal efficiency vs. traditional tents
Built for Extreme Environments
• Wind Resistance: Withstands up to 100 km/h wind speeds
• Seismic Stability: Steel frame provides lateral resistance in earthquakes
• Snow Load Bearing: Maintains mechanical integrity under snow accumulation
• Lifespan: Frame & membrane designed for 20–25 years of outdoor exposure
Tent Built-up
The assembly process needs to be more precise to ensure the stability of the tent structure. And it requires the assistance of a crane sometimes. We will send you a pre-recorded assembly video as an installation guide. Assembling the tent requires 4 to 6 experienced people to set up in 2-3 days. If you encounter any problems during the tent setup process, you can always consult us and we will help you solve them.
